Terms and Conditions
All sales by Hofmann Fluid Power, Inc., are governed solely by the provisions of the Illinois Uniform Commercial Code except that (a) Hofmann Fluid Power, Inc. is not responsible for any consequential damages incurred by any customer beyond the purchase price of the goods and (b) the customer must notify Hofmann Fluid Power, Inc. of any defect within 90 days of receipt by the customer of goods sold by Hofmann Fluid Power, Inc. Hofmann Fluid Power, Inc. expressly rejects any terms or conditions contained in any confirmation that are inconsistent with the foregoing.
