All Hofmann products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment from the factory.
We will repair or replace any product found to be defective upon our inspection, provided the defect is not caused by misapplication or misuse, negligence or accident. Hofmann will not be responsible for repair work affected by anyone other than an authorized Hofmann representative. This warranty shall not apply to parts or products not manufactured by Hofmann, the warranty of such items being limited to the actual warranty extended to Hofmann by its supplier. We make no other warranty, express or implied.
